Investigators practice non-confrontational interviews with up to three degrees of difficulty. Each interview changes based on statements made by the interviewer, making every new attempt more challenging. Just like real life, the personality of the subject changes as the difficulty of the simulation increases, requiring the interviewer to compensate and counter each new reaction. - Simulation Reviews
A coach provides immediate feedback, which is added to a reviewable transcript that maps the interviewer’s progress while highlighting areas for improvement. At the end of the simulation, the interviewer can review the transcript, watch recorded segments of the interview, and review the coaching suggestions to continue their learning development. - Scores & Certificates of Completion
THE LINK captures a final score for the interviewer’s effort each time the simulation is run. Supervisors can have administrative access to the interviewer’s simulation, transcripts, coaching, and scores. Additional details can also be accessed and viewed while in the administrative role, allowing the administrator, to determine how much time was spent practicing each level of the simulation and identify areas of possible improvement for individual users. - Accessible Anytime, Anywhere
