El seminario WZ de Nivel 1 sobre Técnicas de Entrevistas Investigativas está diseñado para cualquier persona que busque un enfoque estratégico y no confrontativo para resolver casos y obtener inteligencia procesable. Los participantes aprenden a realizar entrevistas eficaces y éticas que revelan Información fáctica, al mismo tiempo que reducen la responsabilidad y fortalecen la confianza.

Este curso enfatiza la importancia del establecimiento de conexión y ofrece una visión integral de los métodos de entrevistas basadas en evidencia, enseñando a los participantes como aplicar estas herramientas en conversaciones con testigos, víctimas y sujetos. Los asistentes adquirirán estrategias adaptables que pueden ajustarse a la evidencia, al entrevistado y al tipo de entrevista que se esté llevando a cabo.

¿Ya recibió capacitación WZ? Si han pasado más de cinco años desde su última experiencia de formación con WZ, este es el momento ideal para regresar al aula y reforzar sus habilidades con las técnicas más recientes basadas en evidencia.

Gloria Fausto-Figueroa, CFI


Gloria Fausto-Figueroa, CFI is an accomplished bilingual Spanish instructor with Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates, Inc. (WZ), bringing nearly 20 years of experience in the retail sector. Over the course of her career, Gloria has held leadership roles at well-known organizations such as TJ Maxx, AutoZone, Universal Surveillance Security LATAM, and Advance Auto. She began her career as a store detective and has steadily advanced through various field and corporate positions, where she has led initiatives in investigations, environmental health and safety, and strategic asset protection.

A passionate advocate for women in the industry, Gloria actively supports mentorship programs like JUNTOS and has led women’s affinity groups, empowering others in loss prevention to grow, find their voices, and succeed in the corporate world.

Outside of her professional life, Gloria values quality time with her family, volunteers at her local church, where she works with children, and enjoys running. She is also a dedicated cheerleader for her children’s various activities.
