Wicklander-Zulawski Promotes Amanda Weaver, CFI, PHR to Senior Manager of Instructor Development
Chicago, IL – (January 30, 2025) Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates (WZ) is proud to announce the promotion of Amanda Weaver, CFI, PHR, to Senior Manager of Instructor Development.

It is my pleasure to announce and congratulate Amanda Weaver, CFI, PHR on her promotion from Manager of Investigations and Consulting to Senior Manager of Instructor Development. Throughout her career, Amanda has brought integrity, professionalism, and credibility to every role she has held, including extensive field experience across a variety of business sectors. She has an exceptional ability to translate practical, real-world experience into meaningful and effective training programs, a skill that has consistently elevated the learner experience. Amanda joined WZ as one of our lead instructors during a critical period of growth, playing a key role in designing and delivering training through a virtual platform. Since then, her career with WZ has continued to expand, most recently as Manager of Investigations and Consulting, while she remains a trusted instructor and ambassador for our brand.
Amanda’s impact extends well beyond the classroom. She has led the evolution of our simulated interview program, The Link, managed the intake and coordination of investigative and consulting requests, and served as a lead instructor for some of our largest clients. She has also delivered programs in unique environments, including live TV studios, consistently bringing a thoughtful, adaptable perspective to complex learning experiences.
In her new role, Amanda will leverage her strengths in communication, leadership, and mentorship to lead onboarding and continuing education initiatives for our instructor base. She will supervise our instructor team, provide feedback and evaluations to ensure a high-quality learning experience, and serve as the voice of our instructors to promote clarity and consistency across the organization. Amanda’s passion for continued education, reflected in her pursuit of certifications in human resources and threat assessment, demonstrates her commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth. We are fortunate to have a leader like Amanda who brings education and professionalism to WZ and helps scale that impact globally, and we are excited about her continued progression with the organization.
