Good evening, hope all is well…

I got your note several weeks ago and I wanted to reach out and just say “Thanks” for the great partnership you and W-Z has shown (our company) this past year.  As you know, I took over the LP Team late 2011 and had to assess the team as priority one.  Which resulted in our initial phone calls and Mike’s first training session with (our) Team.

As an Operator the last twenty years, my granular knowledge of Loss Prevention / Asset Protection lacked clarity to say the least.  My partnership with you, Michael, and most recently Wayne has certainly helped align the team with what matters most in our sector.  I could not have achieved the expected outcomes of the department last year had it not been for our partnership and detailed training.

I’ve copiedWayneon this e-mail, but I’m not sure I have the right e-mail address.  If not, can you see that he gets this?  I wanted him to know that as of today we have 23 / 24 CFI Asset Protection Managers within (our company’s) ranks, including yours truly☺ …. {this would not have been possible without the pre-training thatWaynehosted back in early December} –Wayne’s classroom training certainly prepared the team extremely well for the CFI exam and everyone that attended has taken and passed the exam!!

Wayne put a great deal of time, effort, and energy into the team and I’m happy to report that we achieved excellence with the most recent CFI results and I wanted to pass along my sincerest thanks for the partnership.

I would like to continue the teams professional development throughout 2013 so let’s stay calibrated as the year progresses.  Until this past year we had not invested in the team and I believe that’s paramount as we continue to move toward a “best in class” LP dept.
