The non-confrontational approach (The WZ Method) was created and developed by WZ in 1982.  For over 30 years the method has proven successful obtaining the truth while avoiding confrontation. This  structured approach for interviewing  provides a new or experienced Human Resources professional a means to increase their effectiveness in this crucial area of their job responsibilities.

This program is a powerful interactive two-day workshop is open to HR/ER professionals, executives and investigators who conduct inquiries into hostile work environment issues, or handle cases involving workplace violence, discrimination and harassment.  This course is taught by using the insights and experiences of the participants to further the workshop’s learning objectives.  The program is supported by videos of WZ instructors conducting live interviews to showcase the techniques taught.

Thank you for the training class that you facilitated in Sacramento these last two days.  I really enjoyed the class and appreciate your approach at facilitating this process.  The part I liked best was your demonstrations about how to rationalize and your personal methods for handling situations.  Most instructors tell you how they would handle difficult situations and you demonstrated it.   As a visual person, it helped to see you go through the process not just tell us how to do it.
