Thank you for the training class that you facilitated in Sacramento these last two days. I really enjoyed the class and appreciate your approach at facilitating this process. The part I liked best was your demonstrations about how to rationalize and your personal methods for handling situations. Most instructors tell you how they would handle difficult situations and you demonstrated it. As a visual person, it helped to see you go through the process not just tell us how to do it.
Your experience with the process was evident and made me truly believe in the art of interviewing/interrogations. I cannot wait to try out the process and have already started developing my notebook of rationalizations.
