

WZ Advanced Interviewing for Title VII Infranctions Seminar
This HRCI approved two-day workshop builds upon the techniques obtained in the Interviewing for Title VII Infractions Seminar. The goal of the advanced seminar is to enhance the attendees interviewing skills during hostile work environment investigations. During this seminar the group will be divided into teams where the participants will utilize their skills to resolve real world scenarios. The groups will also create and apply strategies for preparing for an interview, executing the interview and concluding the investigation based on the results of the interview. This seminar covers interview approaches for unique and sensitive cases as well as interactive video exercises designed to help interviewers overcome objections and maintain control during an interview. Come reinforce and enhance skills in a fun, interactive atmosphere and take away actionable interview skills.
