Jill Jacquin
Speaker

Jill Jacquin is a speaker, educator, and organizational change consultant who utilizes skillful techniques and experiences gained throughout her 25-year career. Known for her energetic presentations, Jill gives audiences back the sense of commitment and ambition that brought them to their jobs in the first place.

Jill started working for the United States Postal Service and returned to college, receiving her Masters degree in counseling from Montclair State University in 1991. As a certified Employee Assistance Professional and Certified Addictions Specialist through Harvard, her initial ideal was to work as a counselor in the substance abuse field. Wanting to make a difference she was compelled to work with children, serving as a counselor for inner city children in the Paterson NJ school district. Not wanting to lose site of her initial calling, Jill also served as a speaker for the Division of Alcoholism & Drug Addiction, using her dynamic speaking skills to educate in schools, communities and treatment facilities.

In 1993 Jill developed her initial private practice with the intention of providing education, individual, group, and family therapy. In time it has expanded to Head Shrink Consulting, as it is known today. Head Shrink Consulting a diverse company focuses on training, assessment, intervention and organizational change. Specialties have been developed through personal experience in the areas of crisis management, risk abatement, workplace violence and organizational assessment.

Head Shrink Consulting clients include Fortune 100 & 500 companies, professional organizations, universities, and state & government agencies. Zurich International, Disney, United States Postal Service, and Traveler's Insurance are just a sampling of organizations that have been delighted and challenged by Jill Jacquin's compelling seminars and presentations. Jill is an energetic, humorous and sincere speaker, displaying a passion for people and improving workplaces.
